Here is the full dinner menu of 31 December 2008:

END OF YEAR DINNER

all-inclusive price per person: 80EURO (like last year !)

Welcome drink (according to the master reception).

Starter:
galantine sour chicken with vegetables in the house.

Pastas:
Cream of fresh asparagus.
ravioli of pecorino and pears with a sauce of beetroot

meat dishes: Sliced \u200b\u200b
vitelone national carpaccio with artichokes.
chops breaded with mixed salad New Year.
Classic sausage and lentils.

Sweets:
Montebianco local chestnuts.
Necci (crepes) with ricotta and dried fruit.
Minitartufo chocolate butter homemade truffles.

Drinks:
Rosso di Montepulciano
available in bulk water and cans assorted
Grappe bitter coffee
unlimited sparkling wine for the National Higher midnight.
